Michael Zilkha:
Mr. Zilkha is co-owner of
Zilkha Biomass Energy. From 1998 to 2005 he was president and co-owner of Zilkha Renewable Energy, bought by Goldman Sachs in July 2005 and renamed
Horizon Wind Energy. From 1986 to 1998, he was Executive Vice President and co-owner of Zilkha Energy Company. From 1978 to 1986 Michael owned ZE Records, a music production and publishing business in New York City. From 1975 to 1978, he worked in publishing in New York. He sits on the board of the Chinquapin School, the Menil Collection, and the Contemporary Arts Museum, all headquartered in Houston, Texas, where he lives. Michael graduated with an M.A. from Lincoln College, Oxford University, in 1975.

Mr. Laroia has been responsible for the leadership and vision in defining and implementing technology based solutions and business strategies for Global 1000 companies. He has a proven track record of on-time performance, cost reductions and streamlining processes. Presently he is a Director in a billion dollar software concern; Prior to which, he oversaw the planning and technology function for one of the largest LNG transmission companies in North America.
His accomplishments have included contributing to the first patented Enterprise Application Integration centric methodology. A recognized expert in his industry, he served as president of the Business Integration Consortium, a recognized standards forum for Application Integration technologies. A sought after speaker at conferences and well known for his white papers, Laroia has served as technical editor for several best-selling books published by Macmillian, QUE and Addison-Wesley. His writings have also been featured in Business Integration Journal and eBusiness Quadrant.
