Alvin T. Haynes:
Alvin is Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the operational leadership of
Favored Solutions. Mr. Haynes’ areas of responsibility include corporate support, product and customer support services. Mr. Haynes also oversees the internal Information Technology infrastructure that supports Favored Solutions employees around the world. Along with Favored Solutions’ other senior executives, Mr. Haynes serves on the Senior Leadership Team that sets the overall strategy and direction for Favored Solutions. Prior to Favored Solutions, Alvin spent 19 years in Information Technology where he held various management positions at Conoco, Philip Services and Computer Sciences Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Haynes worked as an
IT Risk and Compliance consultant focusing on
IT security and
SOX compliance. Mr. Haynes holds a BS in Information Technology along with various technical certifications including CISA, CISSP and MCSE.
James K. Sayles:
James is
Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for Favored Solutions and has provided
Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions to the world's largest banks and financial institutions, oil and gas, healthcare and biopharmaceuticals industries. With over 12 years experience, Mr. Sayles is a proven leader in working with organizations to implement
governance,
risk, and
compliance solutions, manage
business and
information risk, and
internal audit. He is an expert in
enterprise risk management and a wide array of domestic and international compliance regulations and frameworks. Mr. Sayles has helped hundreds of enterprise customers discover and mitigate
information risks through comprehensive
IT security assessments, IT audits, penetration tests, and
information risk management frameworks. Mr. Sayles is responsible for Favored Solutions’
GRC thought leadership, public relations, marketing and marketing research strategies. Prior to joining Favored Solutions, Mr. Sayles worked for Ecora Software as the Chief Compliance Officer and Keynote Speaker. James has an MBA in International Business from Robert Kennedy University.
